Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at ScaleOcean, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that represent our brand and ERP solutions across various marketing channels. Your work will involve designing graphics for our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, product presentations, and other marketing materials. You will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure the designs align with ScaleOcean’s brand identity and messaging. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine creativity with technology in the ERP space, helping to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in creating marketing graphic materials for social media, print, and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual messaging.
• Ability to work with creative briefs and deliver visually compelling results.
• Portfolio showing diverse marketing and brand design projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong eye for layout, composition, and typography.
• Understanding of brand identity and how to maintain consistency across materials.
• Able to handle multiple design tasks with proper time management
• Strong visual communication
• Marketing design sense.
• Ability to design for both digital and print.
• Understanding of creative storytelling in graphics.
• Knows how to follow brand style and ready-made templates.

Daily Responsibilities :

• Design social media graphics, digital banners, posters, and promotional materials.
• Convert campaign ideas into visually effective compositions.
• Create marketing assets according to weekly content schedules.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.

Monthly Responsibilities :

• Prepare themed templates for monthly marketing content.
• Produce brand materials (brochures, presentations, merchandise designs, etc.).
• Update and refine branding guidelines if needed.
