Job description for Graphic Designer at Pensieve
- Conceptualize and develop visually appealing artworks for marketing purposes, including marketing campaigns, online and offline promotional collateral
- Execute project briefs and work closely with other marketing function, understand how to utilize creativity to communicate ideas to support a business objective
- In-depth understanding of the recent trends and up-to-date design language to be applied to help best adapt to any marketing campaign
- Proactive in generating ideas to portray concepts and advertise Pensieve
- Maintain and guard the brand consistency throughout all visible assets, marketing or otherwise
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant major, preferably from Design Communication & Visual, Design/Motion/Animation
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Minimum 2 years of design experience in a similar capacity
- Accurate with an attention to detail
- Ability to multitasknd work on multiple projects concurrently
- Well-organized, strong sense of urgency and good time management skills
- Team player and committed to working in a fast paced environment
- Photography, video creation, and motion graphics tools proficiency is a big plus
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Results oriented and ‘hands on’
- Highly organized, able to work independently and lead a team
- Business Acumen
- Able to thrive in a TUNA (Turbulent, Uncertain, Novel & Ambiguous) environment
- Able to manage own resilience and innovate to manage ambiguity and change
- Self motivated, self confident, stress resistant
