Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual materials for various needs, including social media, websites, corporate presentations, and internal communications.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and artwork that strictly align with the company's brand identity.
- Collaborate actively with the marketing, sales, and management teams to ensure operational updates and campaigns are effectively communicated through visual elements.
- Prepare precise design files for both print and digital formats, such as company profiles, brochures, infographics, catalogs, and banners.
- Curate, retouch, and edit photography and other graphic assets to support daily content requirements.
- Maintain a structured organization of corporate visual assets and ensure all design revisions are executed efficiently and within established deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in graphic design (candidates with experience designing for the logistics or B2B corporate sector will have a distinct advantage).
- High proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating strong visual aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout composition must be submitted alongside the application.
- Capable of working independently as well as cooperatively within a team, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in the final output before any design is published or sent to print.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)
- Basic proficiency in video editing or motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing applications.
- Fundamental understanding of product photography and corporate event documentation.
- Strong awareness of current visual design and content trends across major social media platforms.
