Job description for Graphic Designer at PT. Tiara Hana Indonesia
About this job
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who has strong creative skills, able to create custome designs quickly, multi-task projects, as well as have the ability to adapt their own personal style to company standards. The ideal candidate will create a content plan and strategy, see a project through completion, to increase brand awareness and sales. You will execute visual communications projects, including branding, look books, brochures, advertising, toolkits, event branding and collaterals.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Produce online and offline graphics for our website, social media, ads and sales kit
- Presents designs in clear and consistent manner
- Develops new design concepts, graphics and layouts based on the guidelines
- Designing brand campaigns across different platforms
- Perform retouching of photos
Skills and Experiences Needed
- Must have at least a Bachelor Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- At least have 2 years of experience in a field suitable for this position
- Proficient in Adobe softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom)
- Knows basic print and production
- High understanding in the way social media works
- An eagerness to learn something new
- A sense of pride & ownership to one’s work
- Loves to experiment and produce original works suitable for the brand
- Good taste in style and design
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa
Expectations of the Job
- Always Keen To Learn – You’ll start out in this role with some rigorous training, learning the ins and outs of our business. We need you to really capture our voice, vibe, persona, and quirk so that you can lace our brand all up.
- Decision Making – Able to solve problems while exhibiting good judgement.
- Communication – Clearly conveys information through a variety of media (verbal, written, e-mail, etc) in a way that engages the audience and helps them understand and remember the message; listen well.
