Job Description :
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with Loan Market’s brand identity and communication objectives.
- Design marketing materials such as social media content, digital ads, flyers, brochures, presentations, office branding materials, and event collaterals.
- Support internal and corporate communication initiatives with clear, visually engaging layouts.
- Adapt visuals for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, website, etc.).
- Maintain and update design templates for company-wide use.
- Work with external vendors (printers, production houses) to ensure accuracy and quality in final outputs.
- Stay updated with design trends and apply them appropriately within a professional financial brand context.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate communication or marketing environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, effective visuals.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Basic video editing or motion graphic skills are an advantage
