Job description for Graphic Designer at ODM Group
Working time: Mon-Fri (8AM - 5PM, lunch break: 12PM - 1PM).
Working location: FL5, EBM Tower, 683-685 Dien Bien Phu Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer within the Design team, you will be responsible for executing design projects and working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams. This role requires strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of branding and product commercialization, and the ability to create designs that align with the client’s vision while pushing creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Design Execution & Visual Production
- Execute the full design process from concept to final delivery across multiple formats, including 2D mock-ups, packaging, visual concepts, social media assets, and digital artworks
- Ensure all designs are brand-consistent, production-ready, and aligned with client and business objectives
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and visual quality across all outputs
- Stay up to date with design trends and apply relevant ideas to enhance creative outcomes
2/ Collaboration, Presentation & Project Management
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions
- Support the preparation of slide presentations and product spec sheets for internal and client-facing use
- Present and clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- At least 03 years of graphic design experience
- Strong command of business English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong portfolio covering packaging, branding, promotional, and digital design
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Hand sketching ability is a big plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing, materials, and printing methods is preferred
- Reference checks will be conducted during the final stage of the recruitment process, with the candidate’s consent
