Content Creation & Production:
Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) featuring:
Food & drink (menu items, and cooking process)
Store atmosphere & customer moments
Promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
Take high-quality videos using DJI.
Edit videos with fast-paced, trend-aware styles (cuts, captions, music).
Social Media Execution :
Post content consistently on Instagram & TikTok based on agreed schedule.
Write engaging captions aligned with Yeokjeon’s brand voice.
Adapt global & local social media trends into Yeokjeon-style content.
Respond to basic comments and DMs (if assigned).
Brand & Campaign Support:
Collaborate with owner/KOL on:
Monthly content themes
Promo launches
Influencer visits or collaborations
Help brainstorm creative ideas to increase reach, saves, and shares.
Performance Awareness
Track basic performance metrics (views, likes, saves, shares).
Learn what works and continuously improve content quality and hooks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Male/Female, flexible age (responsive and fast-paced Gen Z/Millennials preferred).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Illustration skills preferred.
- Portfolio in the F&B industry is a plus.
- Own personal laptop (temporarily).
- Able to work quickly, adaptably, and be prepared for revisions.
