Job description for Graphic Designer at Qalam World Academy
Responsibilities
- Create visual designs for Sinergia’s marketing, promotional, educational, and digital content.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on briefs and campaign objectives.
- Design social media content, promotional materials, posters, presentations, and other visual assets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and internal teams to develop creative and effective designs.
- Maintain consistency with Sinergia’s visual identity and branding.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital tools, and creative technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proffesional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to work in Jakarta.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficient in Canva.
- Familiar with Figma.
- Knowlegde of Adobe Illustrator is a plus point.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and adapting to new digital tools and technologies.
- Strong creative thinking and excellent at ideation
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts
- Able to work indenpendently and collaboratively within a team
- Good time management and able to work with deadlines
- Must have a portfolio showcasing previous design work
