Job description for Graphic Designer at NOTCH
NOTCH Creative Agency is looking for a talented creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You should have ingenious ideas and keen eye for details, to generate appropriate and impressive visual outcomes. If you love to create visuals that makes brands stand out, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling graphics for social media, ads, email campaigns, and websites.
- Design engaging visuals tailored for various digital platforms (IG, TikTok, Google/Meta Ads, etc.)
- Work with internal team to brainstorm and develop branding materials and campaign assets.
- Presenting creative ideas to peers/ heads/ clients.
- Edit short-form videos or motion graphics to enhance digital content.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from Visual Communication Design or similar major.
- 1-2 years proven experience as a Junior GD or GD, preferably from Digital Agency.
- Expertise in graphic design and editing software, such as After Effect, Photoshop Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Deep knowledge of design techniques and design thinking process.
- Strong understanding of creative design and layout for content in social media, website and other media.
- Proficient in English, both speaking and writing
- Ability to work independently and work well in a team, also collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to work in fast and dynamic environment.
- Have a good time management, communication and problem solving skills.
- Remain up to date with current trends.
- Willing to commute to our office in Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan.
