Role Overview
As a Social Media & Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content to enhance brand awareness and audience interaction across multiple digital platforms. You will play a key role in developing content strategies, staying updated on social media trends, and ensuring our brand remains visually appealing and relevant.
Job Responsibilities
• Create and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and foster a strong community.
• Produce high-quality photos, graphics, and videos that align with the brand’s identity.
• Edit and optimize content to maximize engagement and relevance.
• Stay updated with digital and social media trends to develop innovative content strategies.
• Develop content pillars and adapt strategies to different platforms.
• Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely posts.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in engagement and follower growth.
Qualifications
• Maximum age 25
• Experience in graphic design, photography, and videography is a plus.
• Familiarity with content editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut) is desirable.
• A creative thinker with a strong visual aesthetic.
• Proven experience in managing social media channels and creating engaging content.
• Strong ability to edit photos and videos with attention to detail.
• Highly creative with a deep understanding of social media trends.
• Able to work under deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
• Strong understanding of copywriting (hooks, titles, and engaging content) for the target market.
• Familiar with content performance analysis.
