Job Description:
- Create engaging and high-converting visual assets for e-commerce platforms, including product listing images, banners, campaign visuals, storefronts, and promotional materials.
- Design digital marketing materials for various channels, including social media, websites, marketplaces, email marketing, and online advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts and key visuals that align with the brand identity while supporting business and marketing objectives.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and optimized across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Product teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communication.
- Stay updated with current design trends, e-commerce best practices, and consumer behavior to continuously improve creative output.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in e-commerce, digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, digital campaign, and branding design projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) and social media content design is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software) is a plus.
