Job Summary
SHOW is looking for a creative and adaptable Graphic Designer to support the visual needs of various brands under SHOW, namely SHOW Token, SHOW Kids, and SHOW Capital. This position is responsible for designing engaging visual content consistent with each brand's identity, particularly for social media and other marketing activities. The ideal candidate can shift design styles quickly given the distinct character of each brand — ranging from a modern crypto/financial vibe, a cheerful children's world, to a film/entertainment aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for social media needs (feed, story, reels cover, etc.) for the SHOW Token, SHOW Kids, and SHOW Capital brands.
- Create supporting visual materials for marketing activities such as campaigns, promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Maintain visual identity consistency (brand guidelines) for each brand across every design output.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and brand teams to translate briefs into effective, on-brand designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with varying timelines across brands.
- Research current design trends, particularly in the crypto, children's brand, and film/entertainment industries, to keep visuals relevant.
- Prepare design files in various formats according to platform needs (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, website, etc.).
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may be considered).
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma; motion/video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
- Has a portfolio of design work to showcase (particularly social media content).
- Able to adapt to various visual styles/brand tones simultaneously.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the Crypto, children's brand, or Film industry is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
