Job description for Graphic Designer at Pantry Magic Indonesia
Pantry Magic Group is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring our stores, products, and online presence to life. You'll be the creative eye behind everything customers see — from in-store signage and packaging to social media and promotional campaigns. What You'll Do
• Design visual content for social media, promotions, and marketing campaigns across Pantry Magic's channels
• Create in-store signage, shelf-talkers, posters, and point-of-sale materials for our retail locations
• Develop packaging design concepts and artwork for products
• Maintain and evolve Pantry Magic's visual brand identity across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with the marketing and store operations teams to plan seasonal campaigns and product launches
• Manage multiple design projects at once, from concept through final production-ready files
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in retail, F&B, or consumer brands
• Strong portfolio showing range across digital, print, and packaging design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
• Good eye for typography, color, and layout, with attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines across several projects
• Based in or able to work on-site in Jakarta
Nice to Have
• Experience designing for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) with an understanding of what performs well
• Basic photography or video editing skills
• Familiarity with print production processes and working with vendors/printers
