Job Description
- Receive and interpret client briefs through the Account team
- Develop visual concepts for advertising and branding campaigns
- Using AI for generate Visual is a plus
Design materials for:
1. Digital Ads (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
2. Print Media (brochures, flyers, posters)
3. Outdoor Media (billboards, banners)
4. Video editin & Motion
5. Product packaging and branding assets
- Collaborate with the creative team throughout the design process
- Revise and finalize designs based on client feedback
- Prepare final artwork files for digital and print production
- Develop and maintain the agency’s visual identity
- Design internal assets (logo, stationery, email templates, presentations)
- Create visual content for agency social media (carousel, reels, stories)
- Design pitching decks, proposals, and moodboards
- Visualize ideas professionally to support new business opportunities
- Design internal materials (event posters, announcements, recruitment, merchandise)
Requirements
- Minimum D3 / Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or related field
- Mandatory: 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency environment
- Strong visual communication and conceptual thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with high attention to design quality and consistency
- Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills are a plus
- Knowledge or experience in using AI tools for design or creative workflows is a plus
- Must have a relevant portfolio showcasing agency and client-based work
