Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, design, and execute engaging social media content and branding materials that align with our client's brand identity and messaging
- Develop visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram
- Incorporate video editing skills to create engaging and visually appealing multimedia content for social media campaigns and advertisements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design techniques, incorporating them into your work to ensure our brand remains fresh and cutting-edge.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (1+ years) working as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the social media and branding space (fresh graduate are welcome).
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design work, including social media content, branding materials, and multimedia projects.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition principles.
- Proficiency in simple video editing software (Capcut) and experience creating engaging multimedia content. (a plus point)
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
