Graphics Designer
We are on the hunt for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced graphics designer to join our dynamic team.
As the Graphics Designer, you will design and create existing marketing materials, curate new design creatives to be advertised across all media platforms, especially digital. You will also contribute to the shaping of our brand and designing guidelines.
Responsibilities -
1. Work with digital content producers and campaign POCs to translate their needs into briefs, align on understanding, and determine requirements to proceed
2. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, and then create images, videos, and layouts by using design software
3. Manage projects and expectations across all stakeholders
4. Prepare rough drafts (i.e. includes storyboarding of videos) and present ideas
5. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
6. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
7. Test graphics across various media
8. Amend designs after feedback
9. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements –
1. Proven graphic designing experience
2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
3. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Premiere pro etc.)
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Good project and stakeholder management - he/she has the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
7. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
8. Competent Organization skills and zeal to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
