Job description for Graphic Designer (Marketplace and Social Media) at BcBabycare
Responsibilities:
- Create graphic designs for Shopee, TikTok Shop, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Design promotional banners, product visuals, campaign materials, and marketplace content.
- Create visual content for social media posts, stories, and other digital marketing activities.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Content teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual style.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final materials are delivered on time.
- Keep up with current design trends and e-commerce visual trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar position.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Experience with other design tools such as Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Have a good understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
- Able to understand design briefs and translate them into effective visual materials.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, social media, or Mom and Baby brands is a plus.
