Job description for Graphic Designer (Internship) at Hameeda
Job Summary
Hameeda is looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team for a 3–6 month internship.
You’ll gain hands-on experience creating visual content for Hameeda’s social media, campaigns, marketing materials, and other brand needs. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing team to bring ideas to life while learning how design supports a growing fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Create graphic content for Instagram, TikTok, campaigns, promotions, and other digital channels.
- Assist in developing visual concepts and creative ideas based on Hameeda’s brand direction.
- Support the design of marketing materials, promotional assets, and other brand collateral.
- Adapt designs into different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team on content and campaign projects.
- Assist with basic photo editing, layout, and other visual production needs.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and relevant creative references.
- Be open to feedback and revisions while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Available for a 3–6 month internship.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar.
- Has a good eye for composition, typography, layout, and visual aesthetics.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and flexible startup environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or examples of previous design work are preferred.
