Job description for Graphic Designer Intern at TNP Group
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our Creative team at the Head Office. This role is designed for undergraduate students or fresh graduates who are ready to transform creative briefs into impactful visual designs while learning within a professional corporate environment.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct creative research through brainstorming and discussions for all incoming design requests.
- Support the team by developing visual designs that strictly follow our brand guidelines.
- Recommend appropriate assets, typography, and illustrations for various creative materials.
- Manage your personal work rhythm to ensure all tasks meet the agreed timelines.
- Provide creative design alternatives based on project briefs for review.
- Stay informed on current design trends and provide fresh recommendations for modern styles.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and external vendors to support campaign assets and production needs.
- Actively seek feedback and approvals from the Graphic Design Lead to improve design quality.
What We Are Looking For:
- Undergraduate student with no active classes or fresh graduate with a Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s degree (S1), or equivalent in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or related fields.
- A strong sense of design and a portfolio that showcases your creative potential.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud family including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A proactive learner who takes initiative and is open to constructive feedback.
- Ability to handle deadlines in a professional setting.
- Strong collaborative communication skills and an active listener.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
