Job description for Graphic Designer Intern (UNPAID) at RUN System (PT Global Sukses Solusi)
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for company website, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and internal communications using ideally Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), Corel Draw or at minimum, Canva.
- Ensure all visual materials are consistent with the company’s brand identity, guidelines, and tone of voice.
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into effective visual layouts, banners, and digital ads.
- Additionally on adhoc basis, edit short-form video content for social media using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Assist with internal documentation, presentation slides, and marketing collateral design.
- Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, ensuring files are properly named and archived for easy access.
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and platform best practices to contribute fresh ideas for brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related creative field. Other majors are also accepted, but must still provide a portfolio of recent work to showcase skills.
- Solid foundation in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw. Familiarity with Canva for quick-turnaround projects is expected.
- Basic-to-intermediate skills in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
- Must provide a portfolio (digital link) demonstrating creative work, typography, and layout skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle constructive feedback, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player who can work independently while effectively communicating design choices to the wider marketing team
