Job description for Graphic Designer (Freelance) at Multilateral Global Cahaya

Tanggung Jawab:

- Membuat desain visual untuk berbagai kebutuhan client, mulai dari social media, digital campaign, materi promosi, hingga presentasi (sesuai brief dan brand guideline client)

- Mengembangkan konsep visual dari brief yang diberikan oleh Creative/Account team

- Melakukan revisi desain berdasarkan feedback internal maupun client

- Memastikan konsistensi brand identity di setiap output desain

- Mengelola timeline pengerjaan sesuai deadline yang disepakati, termasuk saat menangani beberapa jenis project sekaligus

Kualifikasi

- Pengalaman 3-4 tahun sebagai Graphic Designer

- Mahir menggunakan Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, dan lainnya

- Memahami dasar layout, tipografi, dan color theory untuk kebutuhan digital/social media

- Memiliki portfolio yang menunjukkan kemampuan desain (wajib dilampirkan) — social media content, campaign material, atau materi presentasi

- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline ketat dan multiple client/brief dalam waktu bersamaan

- Komunikatif, responsif, dan terbiasa menerima serta mengeksekusi revisi dengan baik

- Apabila memiliki pengalaman bekerja di gaming industry (game studio, publisher, atau brand terkait gaming/esports) akan menjadi nilai plus
