Job description for Graphic Designer (Consumer Goods) at Coding Studio
Job Overview
Hiring for our partner a new consumer goods brand gearing up to launch, and we're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring our visual identity to life across digital channels (think social media assets, e-commerce content, campaign visuals, and packaging support). Since this is an early joiner role, you'll be jumping in before our systems and guidelines are fully set, so expect a broader scope and a real hand in shaping how the creative team works, not just following a playbook that's already in place.
Job Description
- Designing digital assets for different channels (Instagram, TikTok, website, marketplace/e-commerce, email marketing, digital ads)
- Creating supporting visuals for packaging and point-of-sale materials based on brand guidelines
- Building templates and a design system the team can easily reuse
- Working closely with Content Creator, Marketing, and Product teams to turn briefs into visuals
- Keeping the brand's visual identity consistent across every digital touchpoint, especially around launch
- Keeping an eye on design trends and competitor visuals in the consumer goods space
- Revising designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders
- Organizing and maintaining the asset library (source files, fonts, templates)
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as Graphic Designer; FMCG/consumer goods experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in Figma and Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiar with design specs for different digital platforms (sizing, resolution, ratios)
- Good eye for aesthetics and detail, able to turn a brief into on-point visuals
- Able to juggle multiple projects and hit tight deadlines
- Open to working in a fast-paced startup environment and comfortable with some ambiguity as an early joiner
