Job Description:
* Create compelling and effective designs for print and digital media: brand guideline, website content, ecommerce content, posters,flyers, etc
* Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends;
* Design across all digital channels of communication; social media, shop decoration, paid ads, etc.
* Conceptualized and create design briefs for approval to managers / team members
* Work closely and proactive with cross-functional team members within a fast-paced environment
* Understand the basic value of marketing strategic knowledge
* Plan and manage photo based on project goals and campaign needs.
* Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to generate effective content ideas.
* Create daily/weekly content, including captions, copywriting, visual briefs, story ideas, and reels.
* Edit photos for social media use, including creating text & graphics, adjusting color grading and light retouching.
* Develop social media content strategies aligned with the marketing calendar.
* Actively engage with followers through comments, likes, polls, Q&A sessions, and direct messages to foster community engagement.
Job Requirement:
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a graphic designer or related position (Beauty product)
* A portfolio that demonstrates good visual design skills
* Solid experience in creative design using Power Point, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Figma, etc. (after effect and figma is a plus).
* Good understanding of the latest digital trend, and ability to understand consumer behavior and expectations.
* Highly creative and up-to-date with social media trends, with a keen sensitivity to viral topics and themes.
* Passionate about social media, storytelling, and creating engaging content.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
