Job Deskripsi yang kami butuhkan untuk posisi "Graphic Designer & Short-Form Video Creator":

1. Memproduksi video iklan pendek (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) dan aset visual (e-flyer, karusel, banner) secara konsisten.

2. Mengambil peran dalam video shooting dan photography sederhana untuk kebutuhan materi iklan.

3. Menyusun ide konsep visual bersama tim konten/copywriter.

4. Memanfaatkan AI tools, Canva, maupun Adobe Suite untuk mempercepat ritme kerja tanpa mengorbankan kualitas.

Kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan:

1. Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang Graphic Design / Content Creation.

2. Menguasai software Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, dan CapCut.

3. Memiliki sense estetika visual yang kuat: paham komposisi (golden ratio/triangle), tata warna, pemilihan font, dan branding.

4. Paham dan terbiasa dengan teknik video shooting & photography dasar.

5. Terbiasa membuat e-flyer, post dan materi karusel promo/edukasi.

Nilai tambah apabila:

6. Mahir membuat copywriting pendek untuk materi visual/iklan.

7. Terbiasa memanfaatkan AI tools (generative image/video) untuk mempercepat proses kreatif.
