Requirements

• Minimum D3 in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.

• Able to use CapCut or After Effects for simple video editing.

• Familiar with AI tools for creative ideas, prompts, image, or video generation.

• Good sense of layout, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Understands e-commerce and offline marketing design needs.

• Creative, detail-oriented, updated with design/social media trends, and able to meet deadlines.

• Able to communicate in English.

• Experience in beauty, haircare, bodycare, or personal care industry is a plus.

• 3D design skill is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for marketplace, social media, ads, campaigns, and product promotion.

• Create offline materials such as booth, gondola, glorifier, POP, poster, and flyer.

• Support simple video/reels editing for social media needs.

• Translate creative briefs into clear and attractive visual designs.

• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand teams.
