Job description for Graphic Design Staff at PT. Indonesia Premium Goods

Jobdesc

Mendesain materi promosi digital dan cetak (banner, feed Instagram, stories, katalog, flyer, brosur, packaging Dll)
Membuat visual untuk kampanye produk, branding, dan kolaborasi dengan influencer
Menjaga konsistensi visual sesuai dengan brand guidelines perusahaan di semua media komunikasi
Bekerja sama dengan tim Marketing, Digital, dan Product Development untuk memahami kebutuhan desain
Berkoordinasi dengan fotografer atau tim produksi konten untuk visualisasi produk
Menciptakan konsep visual yang segar dan inovatif sesuai tren industri beauty dan preferensi audiens
Mendukung proses photoshoot, retouching foto, serta layouting konten visual digital dan cetak

Requirement
Minimal D3/S1 DKV/Multimedia atau jurusan terkait, dengan pengalaman 1–3 tahun di industri beauty/fashion/lifestyle atau agency kreatif
Menguasai Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) dan memiliki kemampuan ilustrasi dasar (manual/digital)
Memahami prinsip desain seperti komposisi, warna, tipografi, branding, serta mampu mengadaptasi desain untuk berbagai platform (sosial media, cetak, website, packaging)
Kreatif, detail-oriented, proaktif, dan mengikuti tren desain & beauty; mampu bekerja sesuai brief dan terbuka terhadap feedback
Mampu bekerja di bawah tenggat waktu, multitasking, dan memiliki sense visual yang kuat sesuai kebutuhan brand
