· Assist in design work for event publicity, social media, and print
· Assist in our social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook), planning and executing our social media calendar, creating engaging social media posts
· Help to strategise and execute brand marketing & event marketing campaigns together with the Marketing Lead.
· Assist with website updates using CMS
· Vet artwork, collaterals and ensure all information is accurate on our digital and non-digital marketing fronts
· Coordinate with designers and vendors for the design of artwork and printing of publicity materials
· Assist with other marketing-related activities

Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Arts Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
· Excellent writing and communication skills
· Able to use video and photo editing software like Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro/FCP, Adobe Illustrator.
· Must be articulate with excellent organizational skills, can multi-task & able to priorities workload.
· Familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and have experience in Social Media Advertising.
· Excellent attention to detail
· Experience in managing creative agencies, or working in creative agencies would be advantage.
· Part-Time position(s) available
