JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Develop concepts and create well-designed artworks (IG Feed, IG Story, Digital Banner, etc.)
- Utilize AI tools as part of the creative design workflow, including generating visual concepts, image assets, references, backgrounds, and creative explorations.
- Develop and refine AI-generated visuals through effective prompting, while ensuring the final output meets brand standards and creative requirements.
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditional graphic design techniques to produce polished, production-ready visuals.
- Develop and execute visual designs based on the Editorial Plan brief and creative direction provided by the Marketing team.
- Able to translate design briefs into a visual outcome, both static & motion with audio
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the brand, products, and campaigns.
- Research trends and understand the target audience to optimize content and Conduct benchmarking, social media listening, and competitor analysis to improve performance.
REQUIREMENT :
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, social media design or a relevant role
- Deep understanding about digital marketing, branding, copywriting and social media
- Familiarity with Social Media Content Design (ie. Instagram)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Firefly
- High attention to detail and design aesthetics
- Able to translate design briefs into a visual outcome, both static & motion with audio
- Good sense in arts, active-proactive, creative and flexible
- Ability the thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
