Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality print materials, digital content, and 3D sketches for exhibitions. This role requires a strong eye for detail, proficiency in design software, and the ability to bring ideas to life in both 2D and 3D formats.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Print Materials:
o Design and produce engaging print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and stationery.
o Ensure designs are print-ready and adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
2. Digital Content:
o Create visually appealing digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics that enhance brand identity and engage the target audience.
3. 3D Sketches for Exhibitions:
o Develop 3D sketches and renderings for exhibition booths, displays, and event setups.
o Work closely with project managers spatial requirements and design goals.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
o Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
o Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
5. File Management and Organization:
o Maintain organized files and design archives for easy access and retrieval.
o Ensure all project files are backed up and documented properly.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing print, digital, and 3D work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, Blender, or 3ds Max).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with pre-press and printing processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of exhibition design trends and spatial planning is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:
• This is a full-time position based in Menteng, Jakarta Pusat.
