Graphic and Motion Designer
Job Responsibilities
* Create visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, promotional materials, store needs, and marketing activities.
* Develop promotional materials such as posters, flyers, banners, digital ads, and branded merchandise.
* Create short-form video content for social media, campaigns, product promotions, and other marketing activities.
* Edit videos and create basic motion graphics, animations, transitions, and typography to make content more engaging.
* Adapt static designs into simple motion and video content when needed.
* Maintain visual consistency across all graphic, motion, and video assets in line with brand guidelines.
* Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and execute visual concepts and content ideas.
* Resize and adapt creative assets according to different platform and production requirements.
* Organize design and video files and ensure assets are properly prepared and exported for digital and production use.
* Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
* Receive and implement feedback from internal stakeholders efficiently.
* Keep up with current graphic design, social media, motion, and content trends.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
* 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of basic graphic design principles, including layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Familiar with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for basic motion graphics and video editing.
* Able to create engaging static designs and transform them into simple motion or video content.
* Familiar with social media content formats, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
* Experience with video shooting, photography, or 3D design is a plus.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and able to maintain visual consistency across different types of content.
* Able to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
* Experience in the F&B, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brand industry is a plus.
