Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality creative assets across various formats, including static visuals (social media posts, digital ads, carousels, posters, infographics) and dynamic formats (short-form videos, Reels, motion graphics, video editing, and subtitling).
- Go beyond simply taking orders. Analyze briefs to understand the core message and marketing objectives. Translate these into compelling visual concepts and storytelling that resonate with the target audience.
- Seamlessly adapt and resize design assets and video content to fit the specific requirements and best practices of various digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Web, etc.).
- Manage your own time effectively to meet realistic yet tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs). For example, demonstrating the ability to turn around high-quality short-form video edits within a 1-day timeframe.
- Work independently from the initial brief to final delivery. Handle multiple tasks and overlapping deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Communicate potential roadblocks early. Deliver polished, neat work on the first try to minimize repetitive revisions, and proactively propose creative solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or a similar hybrid creative role, preferably in a fast-paced agency, media, or tech startup environment.
- Demonstrated mastery in both graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing/motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Strong intuition for what makes content engaging. You understand target audiences, digital marketing objectives, and basic storytelling principles.
- You possess a high level of creative maturity. Your seniority is defined by the quality of your design judgment, your speed of execution, and your ability to work independently, not just your years of experience.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines (SLA-driven) while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You are known for being fast, organized, and reliable.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work, specifically showcasing both static graphic design and video/motion graphics capabilities. (Applications without a portfolio showing both will not be considered).
