Dawnbliss is an Indonesian women’s ready-to-wear fashion brand created for modern women who value comfort, versatility, and thoughtful design. We specialize in distinctive everyday shirts and modest fashion pieces that combine clean silhouettes with unexpected construction, curated color combinations, and signature embroidery details. Our designs are made to help women feel confident and well-dressed—whether for work, social occasions, or everyday activities. As a growing fashion brand, Dawnbliss is continuously developing its products, creative direction, digital presence, and customer experience. We are looking for a Graphic & Brand Designer to join our team and contribute to the visual identity of our brand. This role offers the opportunity to shape the aesthetic of a rising fashion label while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The Graphic & Brand Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining the visual identity of Dawnbliss across all platforms, including print and digital media. Key responsibilities include designing packaging, promotional materials, social media content, and branding assets that align with the brand’s aesthetic and values. The designer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in visual storytelling and support the development of new product lines. Additionally, the role involves managing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output that meets both creative and business objectives.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, brand development, or a similar role is required. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Office is essential, as well as a strong understanding of typography, logo design, and packaging design. Experience with artificial intelligence tools for design is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, a passion for fashion and branding, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
