Google Cloud Support Engineer – RPA / UiPath
Responsibilities
- Monitor GCP workloads and platforms; triage and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Handle service requests (access, deployments, config changes) with proper approvals.
- Perform routine health checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.
- Document runbooks and contribute improvements to processes and tooling.
- Proactively identify risks/opportunities to enhance reliability, performance, and cost.
- Handle and understand RPA / UiPath-related activities and support requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve RPA / UiPath-related issues when needed.
Qualifications
- Have experience in handling or supporting RPA / UiPath.
- Willing to work on a shift-based schedule (may include evenings/weekends/holidays).
- Solid understanding of Google Cloud fundamentals (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, Monitoring/Logging).
- Highly responsive with strong customer focus and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Continuous learner with the drive to explore and master new GCP services.
- Initiative-taker and proactive problem solver with clear, timely communication.
- Able to handle both Google Cloud Support and RPA / UiPath-related support activities.
Nice to Have
- GCP Associate Cloud Engineer (or higher) certification.
- Experience with incident & request management tools (e.g., Freshworks/Jira/ServiceNow), and observability (Cloud Monitoring/Logging/Grafana/Datadog, etc.).
- Scripting skills (Bash/Python/Terraform) for automation.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa and English.
