Job description for Golang Developer (Mandarin Translator) at UangMe (PT UangMe Fintek Indonesia)
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who is fluent in Mandarin to join our R&D team. You will develop and maintain web applications, work on both frontend and backend development, and collaborate with our international teams and stakeholders.
You will work with Golang, PHP, JavaScript, React.js/Vue.js, APIs, and databases to build reliable and scalable applications.
๐ Responsibilities:
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Golang and PHP.
Build and integrate APIs with internal and external systems.
Develop both frontend and backend features based on business requirements.
Perform debugging, testing, and code reviews to ensure code quality and system reliability.
Collaborate closely with product, QA, and cross-functional teams.
Communicate regularly in Mandarin with international stakeholders and business partners.
๐ Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory (HSK certification or an equivalent Mandarin language qualification is preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin with overseas teams, clients, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role.
Strong backend development experience using Golang and PHP.
Proficient in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Proficient in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
Good understanding of microservices architecture is preferred.
Familiarity with Redis, message queues, caching strategies, and application performance optimization is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Jakarta.
