Primary Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informaton Technology, Software Engineering, DataScience, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 Year
3. Skills:
a. 1–3 years writing Go professionally (internships and serious side projects count toward the lower end)
b. Working knowledge of goroutines, channels, context, and Go's error handling — not just syntax, but whenconcurrency helps and when it hurts
c. Built REST APIs with Gin, Echo, Fiber, or Chi
d. Comfortable with an ORM (GORM ideally) and able to write plain SQL when needed
e. Solid PostgreSQL fundamentals: joins, transactions, indexes, and why a query is slow
f. Git and basic Docker
g. Reads documentation independently and asks good questions whenstuck
Secondary Qualifications:
1. SQLX or other non-ORM database libraries
2. MongoDB — document modeling, aggregation pipelines
3. Any message queue: RabbitMQ, Kafa, NATS, Redis Streams
4. Temporal, or any workflow/orchestration engine
5. gRPC, Redis, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
6. Personal projects or open-source contributions in Go
