Job description for GM Inventory Funding at Oto.com

What you will be doing:
· Responsible for dealer management regarding disbursement, Inventory funding limit maintenance, limit renewal/review, deal creation and following up with operations, Credit, Risk to ensure smooth functioning
· Managing the portfolio within the company's policy and guideline
· Drafting policies for regular monitoring and reviewing existing systems and procedures and design internal controls /quality audit checks for various processes. Continuous evaluation of Processes with a focus on bringing in improvement
· Structuring inventory funding products in coordination with dealers
· Approaching new/existing dealers for understanding the funding needs and support them by providing suitable products
· Responsible for all communication between Credit team and dealers on matters pertaining to limits, supporting retail finance business and streamlining operational process
Who we’re looking for:
· A dynamic and detailed-oriented professional with 5-10 years of industrial experience, with expertise in understanding the Business, Risk and Operation of inventory funding given to dealers
· Qualification – Commerce, Engineering or MBA
· Experience working with a Multi finance Company, Bank or start-up in the fintech space would be a big plus. (Experience in dealer inventory funding is big plus)
· Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
· Demonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics and capable to drive insights into action.
· Fluency in English & Indonesian
