Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Management, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the beauty Clinics, Cosmetics, retail, or service industries, with at least 5 years in senior management roles.
3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a track record of achieving business goals.
4. Proven ability to manage multi-location operations and deliver results in a customer-centric environment.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
6. Familiarity with financial analysis and operational performance metrics.
