RESPONSIBILITY

Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA) through various channels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Carry out a good problem solving
Delivering good answer by considering customer experience to provide professional customer support

REQUIREMENT

Minimum diploma’s degree (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
Proficient understanding of customer support, good problem solving, and customer orientation
Good time management
Fluent in English
Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point
