Job description for Global Customer Support at Polygon Bikes

RESPONSIBILITY
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA) through various channels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Carry out a good problem solving
  • Delivering good answer by considering customer experience to provide professional customer support
REQUIREMENT
  • Minimum diploma’s degree (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
  • Proficient understanding of customer support, good problem solving, and customer orientation
  • Good time management
  • Fluent in English
  • Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point
