As a global customer support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationship
Responsibliy
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA) through various channels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Carry out a good problem solving.
- Delivering good answer by considering customer experience to provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma’s degree (Fresh Graduated are Welcome).
- Proficient understanding of customer support, good problem solving, and customer orientation.
- Good time management.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point.
