Job description for Glints Talenthub Business Operations Lead at Glints
- Build data dashboards for Talenthub business units to analyze their operational metrics in real-time; synthesize business intelligence to provide critical insights
- Manage 100% accuracy of Sales reporting system through CRM (Hubspot, RATS, Metabase, and others)
- Act as QC in Sales system for verification of data, check all system already implemented and automated properly
- Gather, analyze, understand data based on trends to point out blind spots in the system and suggest a proposed solution. Building and adapting the sales SOP and Enforcing it.
- Analyse and generate weekly and monthly Sales report (achieved vs. targeted)
- Support TalentHub business unit to proactively identify operational problems, then develop and execute systems and processes to solve them
- Working together with Sales training Manager to provide sales training & onboarding process to increase the ramp-up time of new hires
- Deep-dive into core Talenthub business processes to understand pain points and implement solutions
- Support the creation of regional playbooks to ensure consistency and best practice as we scale
- You will become a part of an exciting, fast-growing tech startup in Southeast Asia, poised to become the leader of the Edutech and HRTech space in the region.
