Ghost Writer (Digital Marketing & E-Commerce) - On site di BSD, Tangerang

Kami mencari ghost writer yang bukan hanya bisa menulis, tapi benar-benar memahami dunia digital marketing & e-commerce, serta mampu menuangkan insight praktis menjadi buku yang bernilai dan applicable.

Kualifikasi :

1. Memahami konsep Marketing funnel (Awareness – Consideration – Conversion – Retention)

2. Mengerti channel digital marketing:

- Paid Ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)

- Organic content (TikTok, Instagram, marketplace)

3. Paham ekosistem marketplace Shopee, Tokopedia, dll (nilai tambah)

4. Memiliki kemampuan menulis yang baik, jelas, dan terstruktur

5. Berpengalaman menulis buku/e-book/artikel panjang (nilai plus)

6. Terbuka terhadap revisi dan feedback

7. Basic understanding of SEO

Jobdesk:

1. Menulis naskah buku berdasarkan brief/ide yang diberikan

2. Mengembangkan outline menjadi draft hingga final naskah

3. Melakukan riset untuk memperkuat isi tulisan

4. Melakukan revisi sesuai arahan hingga naskah siap terbit

5. Berkoordinasi dengan tim/editor selama proses penulisan

6. Menjaga kerahasiaan karya
