Job Description:

Handle customer inquiries via phone live chat
Communicate and greet customers professionally
Assist customers in fulfilling their needs
Manage customer data administration

Qualification

Minimum education of Diploma 3 in any major (German graduate preferred)
Proficient in German (at least B2 level)
Experience as customer service representative is preferred
Willing to work in Yogyakarta with shifting schedule
