Job description
We are an international company founded 6 years ago, and now we have more than 400 employees, who work to provide service for our projects. One of them is a highly loaded trading platform with millions of customers all over the world.
Currently our Marketing department, which is a friendly multicultural team, is looking for a Geo Lead for our Partnership Program to help promote the product in Indonesia.
The responsibilities:
- monitor and assist current partners in Indonesia and also search for new ones;
- implement the plan assigned to a certain country (KPI from $ IN);
- response promptly to traffic drops;
- generate ideas for special offers, contests and bonuses for the partners;
- сonduct contests, charge bonuses, assist in making weekly payments to partners;
- control payments, help the team resolve disputes with the partners;
- interact with other departments on behalf of Revshare and perform tasks to assist them;
- guide your team, help them improve by setting tasks, writing new guides, checklists, etc.;
- help teammates with administrative and personal matters;
- participation in conferences (if necessary).
Our requirements:
- native Bahasa plus Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
- ability to work remotely: own PC, stable Internet connection;
- personal qualities: responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, ability to work with large volumes of information and multitasking;
- experience as a team leader in Marketing or in Sales, experience in working with influencers or in an affiliate program will be a great advantage.
Our conditions:
