Our team is based in Singapore and would prefer someone who is also based here, or at least in the same timezone (GMT+8).

Job Brief
We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant to support the team in administrative tasks such as data mining, data entry, research, meeting scheduling, and any other ad-hoc tasks required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
Conduct extensive research to support the company’s various projects and campaigns.
Collate and organise data necessary for the company’s projects.
Work closely with different departments to fulfil project requirements by the set deadlines.
Communicate with partners to coordinate partnership details for events and projects.
Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & locations, prevent scheduling conflicts, and ensure clients are prompt and prepared for meetings.
Attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on actionable items.
Communicate with internal & external parties to effectively convey messages across.
Partake in special or other ad-hoc projects as required, as well as miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Willingness to pick up new skills and knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and ability to comprehend task requirements.
Capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working on a flexible schedule to meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with G Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides etc.), Zoom, Asana, Slack and other technology tools.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the Web3 space.
