General Studio Accounting

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable accounting professional to support our growing studio operations.

✨ Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or Accounting

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and collaboratively

•⁠ ⁠Based in or willing to relocate to Bali

🧾 Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations

•⁠ ⁠Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely payments

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and control expense tracking

•⁠ ⁠Handle inventory, stock, and asset management (including stock opname)

•⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly financial reports

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

•⁠ ⁠Maintain relationships with vendors and third-party partners

•⁠ ⁠Optimize accounting systems / ERP for efficiency and accuracy

➕ Nice to Have

•⁠ ⁠Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Xero, Accurate, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation
