Job description for General Staff (Office Boy) at PT KOI Café Indonesia

Melakukan pembersihan rutin serta menjaga kerapihan area kantor (ruang kerja, ruang meeting, toilet, pantry)

Menyiapkan ruang meeting sesuai kebutuhan

Mengirim, mengambil, dan mendistribusikan dokumen/barang (termasuk ke outlet/klien atau via ekspedisi)

Membantu kebutuhan tambahan operasional kantor (fotokopi, scan, dll)

Membantu administrasi sederhana dan laporan pengiriman/penerimaan dokumen/barang

Menerima dan mengarahkan tamu/kandidat serta menghubungkan telepon masuk ke bagian terkait
