Job description for General Purchasing Staff at PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo

esponsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors

• Request and compare quotations

• Process Purchase Orders (PO) and purchasing documentation

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Monitor delivery status and supplier performance

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements

• Maintain purchasing records and supplier databases

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or a related field

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Detail-oriented and well-organized

• Able to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
