Job Description
- Handle general purchasing activities based on operational and business needs.
- Coordinate business trip arrangements, including itinerary management, bookings, and travel-related support.
- Manage reimbursement processes and ensure proper documentation submission.
- Handle petty cash administration and monitor expense records accurately.
- Source and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for operational needs and services.
- Request and compare quotations to ensure efficiency in pricing and service quality.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support and timely fulfillment of requests.
- Ensure all purchasing and operational processes are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, administration, or operational support roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Good administrative, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and operational support tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and document management.
- Willing to relocate to Bali.
