Dematologist / Plastic Surgeon
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct consultations and skin assessments for patients seeking non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s skin condition, facial features, and aesthetic goals.
- Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, particularly skin boosters and botulinum toxin injections, in accordance with clinical standards and professional qualifications.
- Clearly explain treatment procedures, potential risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare to patients.
- Apply knowledge of skin science and facial aesthetics to achieve natural-looking, balanced results.
- Collaborate with nurses and clinical staff to provide safe, coordinated patient care.
- Conduct post-treatment evaluations and follow-ups.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records and protect patient confidentiality.
- Participate in internal training and clinical quality improvement activities.
- Maintain professionalism, ethical conduct, and a patient-centered approach.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Hold a valid medical license and the required authorization to practice.
- Have a recognized medical degree and formal medical training.
- Have at least 2–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, with a strong focus on injectable treatments.
- Have hands-on experience in **skin booster and botulinum toxin injections**.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and facial anatomy relevant to safe injection practices.
- Possess sound aesthetic judgment and the ability to assess facial proportions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Be competent in patient assessment, identifying contraindications, and recognizing and managing treatment-related complications.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build patient trust and manage expectations.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to structured training programs and clinical protocols.
